- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- cheese
- flour
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- butter
Slice potatoes (like potato chips). Slice onion (same). Layer potatoes and onion in casserole dish. Add pat of butter and sprinkle flour, salt, and pepper on each layer. Pour milk over all. Add grated, sharp cheese on top. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
