|For the dough:|
|80 g||cold butter|
|3 tbsp||cold water|
|For the Filling:|
|200 g||Raclette cheese or any other strong cheese like Gruyere or Appenzeller, grated|
|100 g||bacon bits|
|150 g||Ricotta cheese or Quark|
InstructionsFor the pastry:
Mix all the ingredients together and knead quickly into a dough. Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut into circles slightly bigger as the baking dishes. Line the dishes with the dough and prick with a fork.
Mix all the other ingredients together and fill the pastry dishes. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. This amount of filling can fill one normal size pie dish, if you don’t want to make individual ones.
