Nantucket pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hash browns
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 cup whole milk
- 3/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash of Mrs. Dashsalt-free seasoning
- Cooked bacon
Fry hash browns. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon and pour over prepared hash browns in an 8-inch saucepan; top with cooked bacon. Bake in 350-degree oven for 13 minutes. Cut in half to serve.
