Slow Cooker Roast ‘n Veggie Soup

Beautifull roast and wonderful vegetable soup – use the leftovers to make a stew.
Ready in: 8 hours 5 mins
- 1 – can condensed cream mushroom soup
- 1 – can beef broth
- 1 – tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 – 4 pound pot roast
- 1 – package of your favorite frozen vegetables
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 8 hours
1. Mix soup, broth & seasoning in cooker – turn slow cooker to low setting – turn timer for 8 hrs – place roast in slow cooker – top with vegetables & cover
2. When done take out roast and put on serving platter slice to serve – use ladle to dish out soup – goes great with mashed potatoes – put leftovers in container for a stew.
