Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. Combine beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes to brown meat thoroughly.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.Tip
