Ingredients
Serves: 14- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 (14 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. In a skillet, brown the beef over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until cooked through. Transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker and add all remaining ingredients.
2. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.Alternate Method
