St. Patrick’s Day cooking doesn’t get easier than this. Corned beef goes in your slow cooker with beer, comes out 8 hours later, fork-tender and ready to feast on. Boil some potatoes and you’re ready to party.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (3 to 4 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer of your choice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. Rinse the brisket with cold water, then place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with the spice packet that came with the corned beef. Pour beer over the brisket.
2. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours, until beef is very tender. Slice and serve.
