• 1 dozen medium potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 1 pound smoked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, drained
• 1 (24 ounce) can red kidney beans

Preparation method
