Ingredients
Serves: 10- 2 (15 ounce) cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans small red beans, rinsed and drained.
- 12 ounce cooked smoked sausage
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, homemade if you got it.
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup pure Canadian maple syrup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 6 hours1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the beans, ketchup, BBQ sauce, sausage, onion, maple syrup, brown sugar, mustard, and pepper.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on high for 3 (if you are in a hurry).
