Feeding a crowd on football Sunday? Get these wings going in the morning, they’re hot and ready in your slow cooker by the afternoon.

Ingredients
Makes: 50 wings- 25 whole chicken wings (5 pounds), separated at the joint and wing tips thrown out
- 2 1/2 cups hot and spicy ketchup
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 4 hours1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat two 15×10-inch baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Distribute wings between the baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes, then pour off excess liquid and flip. Bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, until wings are cooked through. Pour off any excess liquid.
3. Meanwhile: stir ketchup, vinegar, honey, molasses, salt, Worcestershire, onion powder, and chili powder together in a saucepan. Set over high heat. When mixture boils, turn heat down to low and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Layer the wings and sauce in a large slow cooker. Cook on Low for 4 hours, then stir and serve.
