Makes: 50 wings
  • 25 whole chicken wings (5 pounds), separated at the joint and wing tips thrown out
  • 2 1/2 cups hot and spicy ketchup
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation method

Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 4 hours

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat two 15×10-inch baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Distribute wings between the baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes, then pour off excess liquid and flip. Bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, until wings are cooked through. Pour off any excess liquid.
