Ingredients

3 clove(s)	garlic
3 tbsp	olive oil
1 tsp	lemon juice
12	pickled chili peppers
150 g	Feta cheese
12	pickled vine leaves
½	cucumber
12	olives
8	cherry tomatoes
4	skewers

Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic and mix with olive oil and lemon juice. Brush the mixture over the chili peppers. Cut the Feta cheese into cubes and wrap the cubes with theh vine leaves. Cut the cucumber into 1cm thick slices and pit the olives.

Spike the prepared ingredients in turn on the 4 skewers and grill over lower heat for 5-10 minutes.
