Ingredients
- Refined Flour – 1 cup
- Eggs – 3
- Castor sugar – 1 cup
- Salt – 1tsp
- Water – 1/3 cup
- Baking powder – 1tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven at 380 F
- Make mould of 3×6 inches
- Don’t use butter
- Mix Flour, baking powder and salt and put on the paper
- In a big bowl initially whisk egg white and then add yolks and whisk again
- Slowly add sugar and whisk
- When sugar is dissolved add water and vanilla
- Now add flour mixture slowly
- Don’t whisk too much
- Now pour into the baking mould and bake it for 30mins
- Check with tooth pick
