Ingredients

  1. Refined Flour – 1 cup
  2. Eggs – 3
  3. Castor sugar – 1 cup
  4. Salt – 1tsp
  5. Water – 1/3 cup
  6. Baking powder – 1tsp
  7. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 380 F
  2. Make mould of 3×6 inches
  3. Don’t use butter
  4. Mix Flour, baking powder and salt and put on the paper
  5. In a big bowl initially whisk egg white and then add yolks and whisk again
  6. Slowly add sugar and whisk
  7. When sugar is dissolved add water and vanilla
  8. Now add flour mixture slowly
  9. Don’t whisk too much
  10. Now pour into the baking mould and bake it for 30mins
  11. Check with tooth pick
