Ingredients
150 g | flour |
80 ml | canola oil |
3 tbsp | skim milk |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
In a bowl mix flour and salt in one bowl. In another bowl mix oil and milk together. Combine dry and wet ingredients and beat with a fork until clumps form.Lightly flour your hands and press batter into a ball. Then flatten it out into the size of a pancake. Roll out between sheets of wax paper to desired thickness.
Peel off top sheet of paper and flip into a pie plate. Then peel off second sheet. Press dough into pie plate and trim off edges.
