Excellent! Easiest, quickest grilled hamburger you’ll make to date. We hold 1 to 2 barbeques a month and everyone always wants to know what’s our secret to our burgers! Top off your burger with your favorite toppings and you are good to go.
Ready in: 17 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation method
Prep: 2 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Divide hamburger into 4 parts (hint: a lid from a gallon pickle jar makes approximately a 1/4 lb burger). Next, make the burger meat into patties.
3. Then, lightly season both sides of the burgers to taste with the garlic salt. (I use approximately a pinch per side)
4. Finally, place on the hot grill. When burgers are still slightly red on inside, turn off your grill (if propane) and let finish cooking without the direct flame.
