Any good cut of steak breaded with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 good cuts of beef steak (fillet, t-bone or porterhouse)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place olive oil in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
3. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, and garlic powder in another bowl or pie plate. Mix well.
4. Dip the steak in the olive oil, coating both sides. Drain off excess.
5. Coat steaks with the breadcrumb mixture.
6. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 15 minutes for medium, 20 minutes for well done.
