4 large | tomatoes |
400 ml | cooked shrimps |
125 ml | dried basil |
300 ml | mayonnaise |
lettuce leaves |
Instructions
Skin tomatoes, cut off tops and scoop out pips and pulp with a teaspoon, leaving the outside shell.Combine shrimps, basil and mayonnaise and fill the tomato shells.
