Ingredients
230 g | flour |
100 g | butter |
½ tsp | salt |
2 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Sieve together the flour and salt into a bowl.Cut the butter into 1.5cm cubes and rub lightly into flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add enough water until a soft pastry is formed.
Cover tightly and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Roll out to the required thickness.
Preheat oven to 190°C and bake until light brown.
