Shells and Grapes recipe

|250 g||shell pasta|
|500 g||seedless red grapes|
|100 g||Roquefort or other blue cheese, crumbled|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, finely minced|
|2 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|1 handful||walnut halves, toasted, optional|
Cook pasta al dente, then drain. While still hot combine with grapes, scallions, cheese and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well. Stir into the the pasta salad until evenly mixed. Refrigerate covered for several hours or overnight.
Before serving toss gently. Add walnuts if desired.
