- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups blueberries
Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, mix well, then add milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture, blend and then add blueberries. Pour batter half deep in muffin pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
