- Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter over medium heat. Beat eggs, cream, chives, salt and pepper together and pour into butter. Stir until eggs are nearly done. Add crumbled cream cheese and cook until melted. Serve with muffins or in a croissant.
