Ingredients
400 g | chicken breast, sliced |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | turmeric |
1 tsp | cilantro, chopped |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ tsp | ginger, grated |
1 tsp | cumin |
1 small | turnip, diced |
1 | courgette, diced |
2 | carrots, sliced |
1 large can(s) | pineapple, diced |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 large | spring onions, sliced |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a wok or large pan, heat the oil. Fry the chicken until slightly golden. Add the turmeric, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and cumin, turnip, courgette and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the pineapples, mushrooms and spring onion and cook for another 5 minutes.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
