Ingredients

240 g	rice
2 tbsp	sesame seed
480 ml	chicken stock
2 tsp	sesame oil
2 tbsp	butter

Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the rice and sauté until lucent. Pour in the stock and the oil and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is done.

Roast the sesame seed in a dry pan until golden browned.

Mix the rice with the roasted sesame seed and serve immediately.
