Ingredients
240 g | rice |
2 tbsp | sesame seed |
480 ml | chicken stock |
2 tsp | sesame oil |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the rice and sauté until lucent. Pour in the stock and the oil and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is done.Roast the sesame seed in a dry pan until golden browned.
Mix the rice with the roasted sesame seed and serve immediately.
