This is a flavorful blend of cheeses spinach and artichokes great for any party or gathering.

Ingredients
Serves: 24- 1 yellow onion
- 4 bunches green onions
- 1 red pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2 cans artichokes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco(R) sauce (add more to taste)
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 2 bags chips
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Dice and over medium heat saute onions, red pepper, butter, spinach, and garlic. Over medium heat add heavy cream and Parmesean cheese until smooth, add cream cheese and mix in saute’d vegetables. Hand crush the artichokes and add to the mixture. Keep over medium heat until consistency is creamy and smooth add in Cheddar cheese and Tabasco sauce. Stir to incorporate. Serve warm, garnish with diced tomato, and dip away!
