Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup semolina flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 to 6 tablespoons water
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Extra time: 50 mins, resting1. Place flours and salt in food processor and pulse to combine. Add eggs and olive oil, and pulse until crumbs form.
2. With machine running, add water until dough forms a ball. Remove from food processor and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Cut ball into fourths and run through pasta machine, ending with the number 6 setting. Hang to dry for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Cut into narrow strips and let dry fully. When ready to serve, cook in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until al dente.
