- 2 whole English muffins
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- Tomato
- Cheddar cheese
- Swiss cheese
- Cream of potato soup

This recipe is best if the eggs are hard-boiled the day before. Make cream of potato soup as directions say. Toast each half of English muffin. Slice hard-boiled egg with egg slicer. Place a thin slice of tomato on English muffin followed by 4 slices of egg, then a sprinkle of Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese. Broil for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately with a few spoonfuls of cream of potato soup on top. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
