Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup minced scallions (white or green portions)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Work the butter by hand or with a paddle attachment in an electric mixer until it is soft and pliable, about 1 minute.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Adjust the flavor to your liking with the salt and pepper.
3. It is now ready for immediate use, or to be chilled, covered, and held for later use.
