Ingredients
600 g | potatoes |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 | onion |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
500 g | savoy cabbage |
salt and pepper | |
nutmeg | |
200 g | crème fraîche |
2 | eggs |
60 g | breadcrumbs |
4 tbsp | parsley, freshly chopped |
butter flakes |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes until nearly done, drain and allow to cool.Chop the onion and the garlic, then sauté in a skillet. Cut the savoy cabbage in stripes and add into the skillet. Cook stirring for approximately 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the Crème fraîche and the eggs and take from heat.
Peel and cut the potatoes in slices, then layer them in a greased casserole dish and cover with the savoy cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and butter flakes and bake in the oven (190°C) for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
