- Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked shrimp
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt
- Rice or barley for four
Melt butter in skillet and cook shallots 3 minutes until transparent. Add shrimp and brown lightly. Add parsley, curry, and cream. Add salt to taste. Cook on low heat 4 minutes. Serve on rice or barley.
Serves: 4
