Ingredients
3 medium | bananas, sliced |
2 | kiwi, peeled, sliced |
150 g | strawberries |
100 g | butter |
100 g | brown sugar |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
1 | lemon, juiced |
2 tbsp | rum |
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir. Add lemon juice and cinnamon and stir while adding rum.Add bananas and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Add softer fruit such as melons, kiwi or strawberries.
Cook, whilst stirring for another 30 seconds.
