Ingredients
1 | lemon |
4 | bananas |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | coconut flakes |
50 ml | orange juice, freshly pressed |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 80°C.Squeeze the lemon. Peel the banana and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the bananas from both sides for 3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and transfer to the oven to keep warm.
In the skillet, caramelise the sugar over medium heat. Deglaze with the remaining lemon juice and orange juice. Stir in the coconut flakes. Cook the mixture until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the sauce over the bananas and serve warm.
