- Ingredients:
- 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 12 eggs
Cook sausage and put in food processor. Add sour cream, mustard, and paprika; blend lightly. Place half of the cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan; place sausage mixture on top. Chill overnight or freeze.
When ready to cook casserole, beat eggs and pour on top. Sprinkle eggs with rest of cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
