200 ml | chicken stock |
6 tbsp | sherry |
800 ml | orange juice |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
4 tbsp | red currant jelly |
Instructions
Combine broth, sherry, orange juice, lemon juice and jelly in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whilst stirring, for 10 minutes.Pour sauce over duck, cover with foil and roast for 60 minutes.
