Ingredients
2 tbsp | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | carrot, chopped |
2 tbsp | Parma ham, diced |
12 | peppercorns, crushed |
2 | cloves, crushed |
1 sprig(s) | marjoram, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 ½ tbsp | flour |
1 cup(s) | beef stock |
1 ¼ cup(s) | white wine |
½ tbsp | parsley, chopped |
some | salt and pepper |
Instructions
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onions, carrots, ham, peppercorns, cloves and the marjoram. Dust with the flour and cook stirring until well browned. Pour in the stock and the wine, stirring with a wire whisk. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.Stir in the parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with pork or beef.
