salmon with mustard and dill sauce recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | salmon fillet, bones removed, cut in half |
1 tsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
For the dill sauce: | |
2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | milk |
3 tbsp | fresh dill, chopped |
Instructions
Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, milk, and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.Lightly grease the grill rack and place the salmon on top, skin side down.
Brush the top of the salmon with oil and sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper.
Grill for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Serve with the Dijon dill sauce.
