Salmon with Honey Glaze recipe

Ingredients
4 | salmon fillet, about 200g each |
100 g | butter |
4 tbsp | honey |
100 ml | lemon juice |
2 handful | chopped almonds |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Coat the salmon fillets with lemon juice and season with salt on both sides. Allow to steep for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C.Place the salmon in a buttered casserole. Coat with warm honey and season with pepper. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the almonds are slightly browned.
Serve the fish with potatoes and salad.
