Ingredients
600 g | savoy cabbage |
nutmeg | |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
250 g | ribbon noodles |
salted water | |
4 slice(s) | salmon fillet, 200g each |
2 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
40 g | herb butter |
4 slice(s) | of a lemon |
dill |
Instructions
Remove the core and large veins from the savoy cabbage and blanch the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes. Allow the leaves to drain well, then cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, add the crème fraîche and mix well. Season with nutmeg. Keep warm.Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In a saucepan melt the herb butter, add the pasta and toss. Keep warm.
Fry the salmon fillets in hot oil from both sides for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve the salmon fillets with the cabbage and the pasta. Garnish with lemon and dill.
