Ingredients

600 g savoy cabbage
nutmeg
2 tbsp crème fraîche
250 g ribbon noodles
salted water
4 slice(s) salmon fillet, 200g each
2 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
40 g herb butter
4 slice(s) of a lemon
dill

Instructions

Remove the core and large veins from the savoy cabbage and blanch the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes. Allow the leaves to drain well, then cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, add the crème fraîche and mix well. Season with nutmeg. Keep warm.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In a saucepan melt the herb butter, add the pasta and toss. Keep warm.

Fry the salmon fillets in hot oil from both sides for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Serve the salmon fillets with the cabbage and the pasta. Garnish with lemon and dill.
