Ingredients
200 g | smoked salmon, finely diced |
1 tsp | capers |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | gherkins, finely diced |
1 tsp | chives, chopped |
1 tsp | extra virgin olive oil |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and leave to soak in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Serve with fresh crusty bread.
