Ingredients

4 slice(s)	fresh salmon, skin on
	For the marinade:
3 clove(s)	garlic, minced
1 inch(es)	freshly grated ginger
120 ml	yoghurt
1 ½ tbsp	curry powder
½ bunch(es)	parsley, chopped
	salt and pepper
1	lemon, grated peel

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and pour it over the non-skin side of the salmon. Let marinate for 1 hour.

Grease a big piece of aluminium foil and add the salmon pieces, skin down, pour the leftover marinade on top and close the foil. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, then open the foil and bake at 220°C for another 10 minutes.

Serve with rice.
