Ingredients
4 slice(s) | fresh salmon, skin on |
For the marinade: | |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 inch(es) | freshly grated ginger |
120 ml | yoghurt |
1 ½ tbsp | curry powder |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
1 | lemon, grated peel |
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and pour it over the non-skin side of the salmon. Let marinate for 1 hour.Grease a big piece of aluminium foil and add the salmon pieces, skin down, pour the leftover marinade on top and close the foil. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, then open the foil and bake at 220°C for another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
