Ingredients

red salmon |

sherry |

Béchamel sauce |

whipping cream |

cucumber, sliced |

radishes, sliced |

Chinese cabbage leaves, shredded |

salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Wash, drain and flake the salmon. PLace in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the sherry.Stir in the Bechamel sauce and put everything in an electric blender and process for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Turn into a bowl. Fold in the cream. Spoon into ramekin dishes and chill before serving.
To serve, top with cabbage, radish and cucumber for garnish, if desired.
