Ingredients
4 slice(s) | fresh salmon |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
30 g | butter |
1 medium | onion, minced |
240 ml | dry white wine |
240 ml | crème fraîche |
500 ml | fish broth |
juice of 2 oranges | |
8 slice(s) | orange, for decoration |
10 g | fresh mixed herbs |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Clean salmon and season with salt and pepper.
In a large pan sauté onions, add herbs and stir. Add broth and wine and stir. Then add crème fraîche and orange juice and stir again.
Add salmon to the sauce and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Decorate with orange slices and serve.
