Ingredients
4 slice(s) | baguette |
¼ bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
100 g | cream cheese |
1 tbsp | horseradish |
4 slice(s) | smoked salmon |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and roast the baguette slices until slightly golden. Mix the cheese with the horseradish and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Spread the salmon with the cream cheese mixture and roll up. Top the roasted baguette with the salmon rolls and serve.
