Ingredients:
2 pounds bulk sausage
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped apple
1 cup Pepperidge FarmsStuffing Mix
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 eggs
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Grease 12 muffin cups, or a ring mold, or loaf pan. Shape the mixture into balls, or a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Notes:Can be doubled or tripled and frozen. Use Jimmy Dean mild and sage sausage, equal parts of each.
