Ingredients
300 ml | fish stock |
1 tsp | saffron threads |
6 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | flour |
salt |
Instructions
Heat fish stock in a pan over low heat.Place the saffron in a bowl and add about 5 tablespoons of the hot stock. Set aside.
In another pan, melt the butter adn then add the flour, a pinch of salt and the saffron mixture.
Stir carefully, then gradually stir in the remaining hot fish stock. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
