Ingredients
2 large | saffron threads |
2 tsp | hot water |
120 ml | olive oil |
120 ml | grape seed oil |
Instructions
Crush saffron threads with back of a spoon and stir in 2 teaspoons of hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat oils in a saucepan over low heat until hot. Pour hot oils over saffron in the jar, cover, and shake well. Set aside to infuse for at least 24 hours.
