2  eggs
100 g sugar
¼ l white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornflour

Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Bring the mixture over low heat nearly to a boil, whisking constantly.

Remove from the heat and continue to whisk until thickened.
