From Mother of Charles Greene

Ingredients
4 cups water
1 Tablespoon cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
2 family-size tea bags (or 8 small tea bags)
8 cups water
2 cups sugar
One 12-ounce can frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 Tablespoons lemon juice or to taste
Instructions:

Bring 2 cups water, cloves, and cinnamon sticks to a boil and simmer. Add tea bags. Add 8 cups water, sugar, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice. Simmer for a while. Serve hot.
