Ingredients

250 g roast beef, diced
250 g roast veal, diced
1 large gherkin pickle, diced
125 g potatoes, cooked and diced
125 g apples, peeled and diced
60 g aspic, diced
2  hard boiled eggs, sliced
2  tomatoes, diced
parsley, chopped
mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Instructions

Fill the meat, pickle, potatoes, apple, aspic, eggs and tomatoes into a large salad bowl. By and by add mayonnaise and mix carefully until all ingredients are slightly coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes, then check seasoning again.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
