Ingredients
250 g | roast beef, diced |
250 g | roast veal, diced |
1 large | gherkin pickle, diced |
125 g | potatoes, cooked and diced |
125 g | apples, peeled and diced |
60 g | aspic, diced |
2 | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
2 | tomatoes, diced |
parsley, chopped | |
mayonnaise | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Fill the meat, pickle, potatoes, apple, aspic, eggs and tomatoes into a large salad bowl. By and by add mayonnaise and mix carefully until all ingredients are slightly coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes, then check seasoning again.Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
