- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup fresh sage
- 2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese (grated)
Prepare puff pastry in pan; prick with fork; set aside. Saute fresh herbs and mix cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add sauteed herbs to cream mixture. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of puff pastry. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is brown.
