Ingredients
4 medium | hard boiled eggs, halved |
some | lettuce leaves |
60 g | mixed green salad |
60 ml | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | caviar |
1 | tomato, sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley |
some | anchovies |
some | capers |
Instructions
On a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves and the mixed green salad. Place the egg halves on top and sprinkle with mayonnaise. Top each egg with a little bit of caviar.Garnish with anchovies, tomato, parsley and capers.
