|4 medium||hard boiled eggs, halved|
|60 g||mixed green salad|
InstructionsOn a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves and the mixed green salad. Place the egg halves on top and sprinkle with mayonnaise. Top each egg with a little bit of caviar.
Garnish with anchovies, tomato, parsley and capers.
