Runer beans with garlic and coriander recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | runner beans, sliced |
1 medium | onion, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
10 leaves | coriander, chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Gently sauté the runner beans, onion and garlic in the oil.They should not be fried but cooked in the oil until softened, about 12 minutes.
Add salt and coriander and warm through. Serve warm.
